Alexandria Queen, Producer / Social Entreprenuer
Alexandria Queen is an award winning Producer in unscripted television, with a heart for under-told stories. Born and raised in Baltimore, later expanding to LA, she worked her way up to Line Producer before switching to the creative side of storytelling. Some of her credits include: Rhythm & Flow, High on the Hog, America in Black, Beyoncé Bowl and many more projects on a variety of platforms. Through her production company, Create & Serve Media Group, Queen continues to develop content and experiences that make people feel seen. She is the Founder of Crew Call, a hybrid physical and virtual community designed to help local creatives below-the-line gain resources and opportunities for growth. Her current mission is to support and grow the local entertainment ecosystem in Baltimore.

Lauren Jackson, Senior Line Producer - National Geographic / Disney
Lauren Jackson is a seasoned television and film professional with over 17 years of experience spanning development, writing, producing, directing, and even a few on-screen cameos - including the memorable opening of the hit crime series For My Man. Her true expertise lies in production management, having served as Line Producer for nearly a decade on hundreds of hours of content.
Thea Washington, Casting Director
A proud member of the Casting Society of America (CSA), Thea's work resonates deeply within her community, particularly highlighted by her impactful contribution to HBOMAX's "We Own This City," which not only showcased her casting prowess but also her commitment to generating local employment. Her collaborations with industry luminaries, including Grant Wilfley and Allison Hall, have been instrumental in creating over 3,000 job opportunities, showcasing her dedication to fostering talent and economic growth in her hometown.
Scott Evans, Editor / Producer / Director
Scott Evans is an editor, producer, and director who grew up in Maryland and built his career in Los Angeles before returning to Baltimore in 2020. His work includes the Emmy-winning series Intervention, Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me for AppleTV+, and the Sundance selections Tig for Netflix, McMillions for HBO, and The Amazing Johnathan Documentary for Hulu. In 2024, he directed The Road to Ruane, which won him the Karen Schmeer Award for Excellence in Documentary Editing at IFFBoston, along with multiple best documentary honors. In 2025, he edited Amazon’s Spy High and produced and edited Butthole Surfers: The Hole Truth and Nothing Butt, both with award-winning premieres at SXSW.
Becca Brooks, Production Designer
Becca Brooks Morrin is a production designer based in New York City and Baltimore, and a MICA alum. Her career spans feature films such as Sundance breakouts GOOD ONE, DEAD LOVER and STRAWBERRY MANSION, television shows like Netflix’s documentary AMERICAN CONSPIRACY: THE OCTOPUS MURDERS, and music videos for artists Angel Olsen, Sharon Van Etten, Moses Sumney, Bonnie Prince Billy and MGMT.
